We begin with a free consultation at your business where we will learn about each others’ companies to decide if there is a fit. B Scene’s representative(s) will ask specific questions about your company to help us ascertain your immediate needs, discover your future requirements, and analyze your goals and budget.

Within one week, a B Scene team will collaborate to create a comprehensive marketing, public relations, and advertising plan for your company. The cost of this plan is determined by your company’s goals and will be agreed upon at the initial meeting.

This marketing plan will be specific to your company’s target audience and will take into consideration all mediums. The cost of your marketing plan is credited towards creative work once the plan is accepted and goes into production.

B Scene will schedule an appointment with you and your company’s representatives to review the marketing plan and describe how each element works. B Scene will never arrive at a price that exceeds the budget established at the initial meeting; we feel that would be counter-productive for both you and us.

B Scene is dedicated to getting you the most for your money, so we treat your company like our own by negotiating the best rates and services with our vendors.

Once all are in agreement on the marketing plan, B Scene will go into production to create an exciting revenue increasing campaign.

Your company will receive three different themes or motifs (looks and feels) for your campaign, which will need to be approved or edited at each stage of the process.

B Scene wants your input in order to ensure that you receive an image that represents your company accurately, while taking into account all the elements that will get you the best results.

You will have choices throughout the review, edit, and approval process. Pick the system that works best for you: electronic review on the web site, in-person presentations, or delivery and pick-up. There are crucial deadlines to meet for advertising, so B Scene will remind you of dates and timing.

Once the campaign is approved, B Scene completes the creative process and goes into production.
